I often use guided meditations on YouTube. The speaker usually says to inhale the good stuff — love, fresh air, calm, smoke from your neighbor’s deck party — but then they say to exhale the bad stuff — stress, toxins, anxiety, smoke from your neighbor’s deck party. It’s a good idea in theory, but then we concentrate on the bad stuff as we’re exhaling, instead of sending out love and peace to surround ourselves and others with it.
Finally, one yoga instructor said, “Inhale, lots of love in. And exhale, lots of love out.” It makes so much sense. Bring in the good, and send some good right back out to others. Happy breathing!

Shipping is determined at checkout before payment is made. Thank you for understanding that shipping/arrival times can differ depending on your location, time of year, pandemics, etc. It shan't be long, but it shall be worth the wait.

When will my order ship?
We, here at PEACE OF MINE, create the designs you see and have them produced, packed and shipped via third party companies. T-shirts and all other products are made-to-order and are usually produced, packaged, then shipped via USPS Mail within 2 - 7 business days, but as COVID-19 plays a part in the time from order to arrival please allow up to 3 weeks or so (or more if outside the continental US) before worrying where your order is. We're keeping an eye on their updates as well.
You will receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us and we will replace those items.
